At Swagath Caterers, we understand that plans can change. This cancellation policy outlines the terms under which cancellations may be made and the associated fees.

  1. Cancellation by the Client

If you need to cancel your catering service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made via email or phone.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: A full refund of the deposit will be issued.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event: A 50% refund of the deposit will be issued.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable, and no further refunds will be issued.
  1. Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel your catering service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure, or other emergencies), we will:

  • Provide you with as much notice as possible.
  • Offer a full refund of all payments made.
  • Assist in finding an alternative service if needed.
  1. Changes to Your Order

If you need to change the details of your order (e.g., number of guests, menu items), please contact us at least [Specify Timeframe, e.g., one week] prior to the event. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes may affect pricing.

  1. Refund Process
