- Cancellation by the Client
If you need to cancel your catering service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made via email or phone.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event: A full refund of the deposit will be issued.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event: A 50% refund of the deposit will be issued.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable, and no further refunds will be issued.
- Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we must cancel your catering service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure, or other emergencies), we will:
- Provide you with as much notice as possible.
- Offer a full refund of all payments made.
- Assist in finding an alternative service if needed.
- Changes to Your Order
